General Terms
CritterGear™ requires an initial $300 minimum order and
then any re-orders must total $75. First time orders are
to be pre-paid using any major credit card including Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Discover.
Terms are available for re-orders once initial approval
is established.
Shipping
For any orders shipped within the United States totaling $300 and under there is a $6 flat rate. For orders over
$300 there is a $10 flat rate. Please contact us for
shipping rates on orders being shipped outside the
U.S.A.
Orders generally ship within 5-7 business days. There's Always Room For CritterGear

CritterGear gives you the tools to succeed! We will gladly exchange any patterns within 30 days
of receipt, providing the products are in new condition. Any defective products (i.e. hardware defaults) will be exchanged for the same item or items. We do not guarantee chewing. |

We use only 100% catnip, no other fillers!
Each toy comes with a large bell tail and individually sealed for
freshness. The approximate size of our Catnip Characters are 3"x3"
and there is a Character to match any cats personality! Choose from
Princess, Psycho, Fat Cat, Basic Cat, Sophisticat, Fraidy Cat,
Spoiled Cat, Royal Highness, Kitty Cat, or Tom Cat.

To place an order with CritterGear, simply click on the image to
the right or here. Once you have printed a hard copy of our Order
Form, simply fill out all of the requested information and items you
wish to order. Once you have finished the Order Form, you may
fax it to us at 603-225-2280 or you may also email it to us at
sales@crittergear.com.
If you wish to email us your order in text format, just be sure to
send us your details such as business name, contact name,
phone number, email address, credit card information, and
item list of products you wish to order. When filling out the Order Form or emailing us your order be sure
to give a detailed description of the items you wish to order. For
example, in the column labeled "Pattern #", if you wish to order
a dog collar in pattern 104, you must put "DC104" in this column
(see description listed above under the patterns section)
